Our principle is to assist our clients with every type of sample they may require, whatever the project – just as long as it is bona fide Market or Opinion Research.

So, if we don’t have a suitable sample in-house and it is not available through our extensive, existing, supplier list then we will seek it out elsewhere and our clients only pay for a solution when found (i.e. there is no charge for the time spent finding it). We call the time spent searching for a suitable sample, "free digging". By adopting this business approach we have been able to invest in providing our clients with the most comprehensive sampling service of any supplier.

SampleClean

SampleClean makes out of date, missing or incomplete numbers a thing of the past. We deliver up-to-date consumer telephone numbers and addresses worldwide. We do this by running the samples against a full and comprehensive telephone system files (e.g. in the UK the Royal Mail PAF files) to remove ‘gone-aways’ and dead lines, and against local telephone preference services (TPS) to reduce unwanted calls. SampleClean is available for the UK, The Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain and other countries. Also suitable for Business-to-Business samples,

We also provide a telephone number look-up service. Automated services are available in the UK, The Netherlands, and the Republic of Ireland. We believe our manual look-up service covers more countries than any other available on the planet.
