Started as a partnership in 1992, Sample Answers became a limited company in 1995. With our head office in Redhill, UK and a second sales office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, we now have a full time client-driven sales staff supported by dedicated production staff. Our knowledge of database and research industries spans over 35 years.
We are better known for our global telephone sample services, but did you know that we are also pioneers in online methods? We fulfilled our first online research project as early as 1998. We used a proprietary system that we developed at that time and the language used for the questionnaire was Mandarin Chinese! With an increase in online methodologies and mixed mode platforms, we remain at the forefront of sampling solutions. And when you need
design and data sourcing or statistical consultancy, we’re on hand to provide your own fast, personalised sampling department.
The Sample Answers service covers all types of potential respondents across the globe and is built around 4 basic principles:
Quality: We have high standards all the way. Our commitment to quality is paramount:
- All our data suppliers adhere to data protection legislation.
- We work hard with our suppliers to make sure quality levels never dip.
- Our data is always supplied with full integrity.
- We adhere to the MRS code of conduct, plus all data protection legislation.
Advice: Our team of in-house experts are always available to provide you with advice on how to find those hard to reach targets. If we don’t have the answer in-house, then we invest time to identify the best solution for your purpose.
Fast Turnaround: For most targeted or RDD samples, we can normally deliver your order within 48 hours, often within hours.
Cost Effectiveness: We provide samples of a size to match your needs, from a few hundred records to large orders of over 500,000. Our minimum charge is as low as £150. Any other counts and advice are free.
